Normalizing annealing and solution heat treatment to a maximum temperature of 1100 degree C are performed using specially fabricated kanthal D Type Heating element in association with low thermal mass insulation. The heating can be performed by localized heating methods or by the use of the heaters within temporary or permanent furnace installations. Furnaces of any size can be quickly being erected and fired to suite your applications at site using the modular panel technique.
